If you receive an error after installation that states "Unable to verify your Rx (Sx, Dx, etc) installation", please sync your device again.
How to fix this message will differ, depending on whether you update Epocrates wirelessly or you use the HotSync process.
HotSync AutoUpdate
- Go to the home menu on your Palm.
- If the word "Applications" is displayed on-screen, tap on it. If "Applications" is not displayed, proceed to the next step.
- Tap on the time in the top left corner and select "Delete" from the "App" menu.
- The Epocrates file to be deleted will differ, depending on the error message.
- Unable to verify My, delete Epocrates Homepage.
- Unable to verify Rx, delete Epocrates Rx.
- Unable to verify Sx, delete Epocrates Sx.
- Unable to verify Dx, delete Epocrates Dx.
- Unable to verify Lab, delete Epocrates Lab.
- Unable to verify ID, delete Epocrates ID.
- Tap "Done" and sync again.

Note that the prefix "www." is NOT part of this web address.
- Select the "Install Now" button on-screen.
- Follow the instructions that are displayed on the handheld.
