Installation/update of Epocrates on my Windows Mobile Device is stalling. How can I fix this?

We apologize for the problems you're experiencing with the installation/update of Epocrates products. We recently released a major software update that helps our customers get the best use of memory on their device. In the process of updating some customers have reported issues resulting in either hangs or a non-functioning version of Epocrates.
This Epocrates installer file usually corrects a number of installation errors such as the failure to complete the "please wait while software installs" portion of the installation, as well as the "please check your device for additional steps and complete them" recurring error message. Other error messages may be fixed by downloading this installer but if it does not resolve the issue please contact support with a description of the error and the steps you have taken to try and resolve it.
