When I AutoUpdate I don't get the new features; why?
Is my handheld device going to get the new features?
Answer
Epocrates has released an updated version of our mobile software application, including new features such as a "my" tab and black box warnings content.
If you have AutoUpdated (synced while connected to the Internet) since and do not see the new features, it may be because you use Palm OS lower than 5.
We regret that Palm OS handheld devices that run an operating system of 4.1.2 or older will not be able to receive these new features. Current customers with such devices can still use the older version of the application and will continue to receive content updates as normal
If you have a device with Palm OS 5 and higher and you still do not get the new features, please contact Epocrates support.
