You can install Epocrates Rx Free to Windows Mobile Smartphones. A Windows Mobile Smartphone is defined here as a cellular phone with Windows Mobile, but the "Start" button appears in the lower left and it lacks a touch-screen interface. Such devices include but are not limited to:
AT&T/Cingular 2125 and 3125
AudioVox/HTC SMT 5600
HP iPaq 5xx series phones
HTC Ozone
HTC Sxx series phones
HTC Shadow and Snap phones
i-Mate SPx series phones
Motorola i930, MPx220
Motorola Q series phones
Pantech Duo phones
Samsung Ace and Blackjack phones
T-Mobile Dash, SDA, and Shadow phones
Epocrates Rx Pro (including OTC drugs and ID), Epocrates Essentials, and Epocrates Essentials Deluxe are not supported for these devices as they do not have touch-screens.

There is no desktop installer. All installs are "over the air."
