What do I do if my credit card expires?
  Question
I received a notice informing me that my credit card was going to expire or needs to be updated. What should I do?
How can I update my credit card information?
How can I enter a new credit card in my account?
  Answer
If the credit card you have on file with Epocrates has expired, or you wish to use a different card for your purchase/renewal, you will need to edit or add a card in your profile:

  1. On the Epocrates website homepage (http://www.epocrates.com) click My Account at the top of the page and then sign in.
  2. Locate and click on Payment Information.
  3. On this screen, you can:
    • Edit your existing credit card information.
    • Add a new credit card. (Use this option if you need to change the card number.)
    • Delete a credit card.
