If you are trying to access Epocrates Online, but are receiving a message that says that you are already logged in, that means your account was accessed earlier on and your session was not properly closed.
To close your session, please be sure you tap the Log Out button in the top right corner of the screen before you leave our website. Doing so should avoid getting this issue.
Only one person is allowed to use Epocrates Online per subscription at one time.
If you have not logged in anywhere else, please wait at least 10 minutes to try again. This will allow our server to close your last session.
If that is not the case, another way this can happen is if your browser is not set to allow for cookies. Please see FAQ # FAQ 232 for additional information.
