You can verify your remaining balance by contacting VISA at 888-805-5215 or by logging in to www.accountholder.net. To log in please use your 16 digit account number, with no spaces between the numbers. A space is read as a character and will result in an Invalid Log In error message. Do not attempt to use your Epocrates login as it will not work on this site.
If you are signing in for the first time, please enter your CVV2 number as your password. The CVV2, or Card Verification Value, is the 3-digit number that is printed on the back of your Visa card. It is located on the signature panel, following your account number.
Please do not throw away your current Epocrates Honors Visa incentive card. When you earn future honoraria, we will be crediting the card you already have in your possession.
