I received an iKernel error during installation. What do I do to fix this?

The iKernel error relates to your Windows Operating System not properly running our installer which you previously downloaded from our website. The following steps may have generated this error.
If you double launch our installer inadvertently, you may receive this error. This could happen if your mouse is set so that a single click equals a double click.
If for some reason you cancelled out of your original installation attempt and then subsequently re-launched the installer, you may receive this error.
According to InstallShield Knowledge Base, the problem can be fixed by following the steps below (do one-step, then run setup. If it does not work, go to next step):
Reboot your computer and try running the installation again.
Clean out your Temp directory.
Using "My Computer" go to your C:\Windows\temp folder.
CTRL + A to select folder contents then press Delete.
Perform a Disk Cleanup.
On your computer, click Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools, Disk Cleanup.
Select your local hard drive and click OK.
Check Recycle Bin, Temp and Temp Internet Files then click OK.
Delete the Program Files\Common Files\InstallShield\Engine folder and then rerun the setup.
If problems persist while installing Epocrates on your computer, it might be possible to install Epocrates wirelessly. To do this, open the
web browser on the handheld and direct it to the following web address.
get.epocrates.com
Then, select the "Install Now" button and continue with the wireless install process.
