Windows Mobile (Pocket PC) Devices - For best results, you will need to download and install the latest version of Windows Mobile Device Center from Microsoft, in order to connect your device to your computer. Following installation, please download and install your Epocrates software. Please note that ActiveSync is not compatible with Windows Vista.
Upgrading to Microsoft Vista from Windows XP? Palm OS devices - The majority of Windows XP users will find that they can download Epocrates software with their current Palm Desktop software. However, if you experience any problems, we recommend you follow the instructions above for "New Windows Vista Users".
