Epocrates

When your current subscription expires, we will automatically renew your subscription (same subscription length at the list price) using the credit card on file, providing that:

• You purchased the current subscription with a credit card
  
  AND
• Your subscription Status is "Auto-renew is On."

We will send you email messages to remind you about your imminent automatic renewal 60, 30, and 14 days prior to your renewal, and we will send you a renewal confirmation email at the time of your automatic renewal.

Note to Mobile Software Subscribers: After you have received an email notification that the subscription has been renewed, please AutoUpdate (sync your mobile device) to activate your renewal. You do not need to redownload the software.

You will need to purchase another subscription at our website if you:

• Are opted out of automatic renewal and wish to renew your product subscription
• Used a license code for your current subscription and would like to renew with a credit card
• Wish to renew (extend) your subscription before your current subscription expires
• Wish to use a license code for your renewal.
• Have a discount code you would like to use for the renewal

Simply visit www.epocrates.com, place the products of your choice in the shopping cart, and follow the on-screen instructions. After you have completed the transaction, please AutoUpdate (sync your mobile device).

If you receive an Epocrates discount and would like to use it to renew/extend your subscription, please purchase another subscription at our website. If the discount does not appear automatically in the shopping cart, use the "Enter Code" link on the shopping cart page and click “Apply”. After you have completed the transaction, please AutoUpdate (sync your mobile device).

If you receive an Epocrates license code and would like to use it to renew/extend your subscription, please go to the Epocrates home page and enter your license code in the box in the lower right corner. Then follow the on-screen instructions. After you have completed the transaction, please AutoUpdate (sync your mobile device).

If you would like to use it to upgrade your software to our all-in-one reference, please go to our Epocrates Products page and place a subscription in your shopping cart. You will be given the opportunity to trade in the remaining value of your current subscription for your new product (if you choose not to do that, your product subscriptions will run concurrently and you may still receive renewal notices for your current subscription). After you have completed the transaction, please AutoUpdate (sync your mobile device).

If you would like to use it to change your subscription length for renewal, please:

1. Return to our homepage.
2. Click on My Account and sign in.
3. Click on the Renewal Options link to the right of "Auto-renew is On."
4. Next to the product you wish to renew, select 1 year or 2 years under Subscription Length & Price.
5. Click Save.

If you need to edit your credit card information, or if you received a notice that we were unable to automatically renew your subscription, please:

1. Return to the Epocrates homepage.
2. Click My Account and sign in.
3. Click My Payment Information
4. If the card number has changed, you cannot type over the existing card number. You will need to delete this card and add a new one.
5. If the expiration date has changed, or the billing address, you may edit it on this screen.

Using a New Credit Card

If you need to add a new credit card, please:

1. Return to the Epocrates homepage.
2. Click My Account and sign in.
3. Select Payment Information. Click Add A New Credit Card.

For your convenience, we automatically renew customers’ subscriptions at their subscription expiration as per our
Terms and Conditions.

If you do not wish us to renew your subscription automatically, please:

1. Return to the Epocrates homepage.
2. Click on My Account and sign in.
3. Click the Renewal Options link to the right of "Auto-renew is On."
4. Click the Turn Off link next to "Auto-renew is On."
5. Click the Save button to confirm that you want the renewal turned off.
