  Why don't I get the "Install Now" page when I try to access get.epocrates.com on my handheld?
  Answer
  If you are entering get.epocrates.com on your wireless handheld device but you are not getting to the "Install Now" page, it's possible that your browser's history and/or cache is redirecting you to www.epocrates.com. Clearing your browser's history will correct this issue.

BlackBerry


Here's how you can clear the browser history on your BlackBerry device.

  1. Open the Browser on the BlackBerry.
  2. Press the menu button and select "Options."
  3. Select "Cache Operations."
  4. Select the "Clear History" button.
  5. Press the menu button and select "Close."
  6. Try entering "get.epocrates.com" in the browser's address bar again.








Palm

(including Treo 650, Treo 680, Treo 700p, Treo 755p)
Here's how you can clear the browser history on your Palm device.

  1. Tap on "Web."
  2. Tap on "Blazer" in the top left corner. Select "Options," then "Preferences."
  3. Tap on the "Advanced" tab.
