Epocrates MedMath on BlackBerry Storm and Thunder Devices

Why can't I access the number "1" in MedMath on my BlackBerry Storm or Thunder device?
Answer
If you have a BlackBerry Storm handheld device, we have a known issue with our MedMath product.
If you are attempting to enter a calculation in MedMath, you cannot use the number "one" on the keypad. Turning the BlackBerry 90 degrees usually corrects this display problem.
There is a firmware upgrade from BlackBerry that should fix this problem.
On the BlackBerry, to to Options, Advanced Options, Wireless Update.
Tap Next, then check for updates. This screen will also show your current operating system version.
If there are any updates available they will be displayed. Tap the updates to begin the install process. This could take up to 2 hours.
It might be necessary to reinstall Epocrates after the firmware update has completed.
