  How can I turn off my device's scheduled wireless AutoUpdate?
  Answer
  Warning: If you have a Palm Pre, BlackBerry or Windows Mobile Standard (smartphone) device, the only way to update Epocrates is via wireless. If you choose to disable the timed wireless updates, you will need to update Epocrates manually. We recommend updating about once per week.

Turning off your timed wireless update is accomplished in different ways, depending on your device. Please choose your device from the list below.


At this time, it is not possible to configure or disable the background updater for Epocrates on iPhone and iPod touch devices.
