Answer
We have had a small number of users who have reported problems when AutoUpdating their BlackBerry device with the scheduled wireless updates. If you have encountered this problem, please access AutoUpdate on your device and initialize an update manually.
To do this:
Open Epocrates on the handheld.
Press the menu key and select "AutoUpdate."
The red Autoupdate button is highlighted automatically. Select it to begin an update.
Please note: you do not need to modify your AutoUpdate settings or disable your timed wireless update settings. The manual update should resolve the issue.
