Q: I already have Epocrates Rx on my iPhone, what do I need to do to upgrade to Rx Pro, Essentials or Essentials Deluxe? Do I need to uninstall and reinstall?
A: There is no need to uninstall, as we have the upgrade process outlined for you in this FAQ. Once you have completed the upgrade process, all you will need to do is perform an update to receive your new content.

Q: I went to the App store but I didn't see Essentials or Rx Pro available for purchase. Why is this?
A: Your subscription is based on your username and password with us. Once you purchase on our website, upgrading to the latest version of Epocrates through the App store will give you your paid product. There is nothing to purchase from Apple.

Q: Does Epocrates support the Apple iPad Tablet?
A: All iPhone and iPod touch applications should run on the new Apple iPad out of the box. As such, we expect Epocrates software will be supported when the new device is released. We are also investigating possible development of an application to support the iPad's larger screen and other features.
