For iPod Touch users, please be sure that your Touch is connected to an open WiFi signal and not physically connected to the computer during the installation. To check your WiFi settings, tap on Settings and then Wi-Fi. To disconnect from the computer, unplug the white sync cable that came with your iPod touch.
Go to your iPhone or iPod touch home screen and access the App Store.
In the search box enter the word Epocrates.
Tap the Get App button.
Please note that from the App Store, you will download the Epocrates free application. After entering your Epocrates username and password, your actual subscription will be downloaded and installed into your device.
Tap on Free, then tap the Install button.
Enter iTunes user ID and password (these are different from your Epocrates username and password).
Return to your device's home screen and tap on the Epocrates icon.
Select the "Sign In" button below the "Existing Users" heading.
Enter the email address associated with your Epocrates user account (or your Epocrates username) and your Epocrates password. Remember that the Epocrates password is CASE SENSITIVE.
Allow the update to complete.
