Reinstalling Epocrates is essentially the same process as installing, the main difference being if you are a paid user you do not need to go through the purchase process again to reinstall. If you have used a license code to obtain Epocrates, you do not need to save and re-enter the license code.
Epocrates can be downloaded again at any time. As long as you have an active subscription our server will send you the correct product based on your Epocrates login information.
For devices syncing to a desktop, you can reinstall Epocrates by logging in to www.epocrates.com and clicking on the My Account link. There you will see any paid subscriptions you may have, and a link to install Rx Free if you do not have any paid subscriptions.
For devices that can update wirelessly (BlackBerry, some Palm and Windows Mobile phones), you may reinstall by going to our special mobile installation website at http://get.epocrates.com
iPhone and iPod Touch users will reinstall by obtaining the free version of the software from the App store on their device. Our server will send you any paid subscription based on your Epocrates login information.
