Upgrading Epocrates on an Apple iOS Mobile Device


View this article for instructions on how to upgrade. Once you have completed the subscription upgrade, you just need to update Epocrates.
  • iPhone, iPod touch:
    1. Launch Epocrates on your iPhone/iPod touch.
    2. From your Epocrates homepage, swipe the screen to the left screen and tap the "Updates" icon.
    3. Tap on "Check For Updates/Update Now."
  • iPad, iPad mini:
    1. From the Epocrates home page, select settings icon in the top right corner (it's shaped like a gear).
    2. Epocrates will automatically check for available updates. If an update is available, select the Update Now button to begin installation.
    3. To manually check for updates, select the circular arrow button in the top right corner of the Updates & Settings popover.
